Third International Conference on Electoral Studies 

The Mexican Society of Electoral Studies (SOMEE), the University of Salamanca (USAL), the Benemerita Universidad Autonoma de Puebla (BUAP), the Instituto Federal Electoral (IFE) and the Tribunal Electoral del Poder Judicial de la Federacion invite researchers and practitioners to participate in an international conference on Parties, Elections and Quality of Democracy, to be held at the University of Salamanca, Spain, on October 28th, 29th and 30th, 2009.
